This is just perfect! Right now, I NEED something to sing about - 'cause the Yankee game certainly wasn't. **pouts** See!!!! I told <user site="livejournal.com" user="misanthrope7842"> that one of us wouldn't be happy this evening... was hoping it wouldn't be me.

Only one thing makes it worth getting up in the morning, tomorrow. We have one more chance to pound Boston into the ground. And guess what the face-off is? Pedro Martinez vs Roger Clemens. My gods, I think we'll hear it in Vermont when Pedro walks out onto the field at Yankee Stadium. I can only hope that it will be a game of baseball - won or lost by how they play... not whom they bean or beat up, 'cause oddly enough - as much as I ADORE my Yankees... I also love baseball.

So, I guess tomorrow is another day, Scarlett... even if it is the LAST day. For one of the teams. Just have to wait and see.

Now, my only peeve is that I have to wait for the Cubbies/Marlins game to be over, before Smallville, and then Angel will be broadcast, since both are shown on Fox. I keep reminding myself that at least they broadcast it... no matter how late. So - hope y'all enjoyed the show - I'll see it eventually.

poor baby. You have my sympathies. Trust me, no trash talkin the way the cubbies are going. And I am so right there with you on the game-play, If it's decided by an incident, rather than a play, it's just going to ring so hollow, for both teams. This has been a long time coming, I hope we can all enjoy (or angst over) it.

Tomorrow is gonna be something - I am sure I'll be freaking hoarse, one way or the other, from all the screaming. And yes, I am one of THOSE who screams at my telly. Just glad I have nobody here with me who rags me on it, tho the kitties do look at me funny, if I make them jump off the couch with my histrionics.
