Just another Yankees win post - beating Texas Rangers 7-6... with 6 homeruns! Oh yeah, makes me a happy fan. **grins**


I made another doctor appointment for this coming Tuesday... to see if the meds they gave me last time have been doing their job and my blood pressure is back to reasonable numbers. Before I bother to renew the meds... which cost far too much on the budget I have - but I suppose it's better than having a stroke in the long run.

If you haven't had one, and speaking as someone who has, anything you can do to prevent a stroke is a very good thing. They're painful, exhausting, strength-and memory-sapping, and expensive. And that's just for a minor one.

Just wanted to let you know I very glad for you -- so keep taking those meds...by the way, I'm at Moonlight Rising - I'm going to see James today! I'm loosing my mind with excitement. I bet you've met him...this is my very first convention and very first time seeing GotR -- and this is crazy (I'm too old for this shit)-- but I'm nervous as hell! Anyways, take care of your health and I'm very glad to hear your good news!
