Like hundreds before me, I snagged a Greatest Journal during the first of LJ's infamous outages (since I've been a member) in January of 2005.

Of course I imbued it with a most imaginative name:

I've gone on a re-friending frenzy and added just about everyone I could remember offhand. Please drop by and friend me back, if you're so inclined. Not that I'm leaving LJ... this is nothing more than a just in case measure.

Yup, just in case. I'm not leaving LJ if I can help it. I've got a permanent account here. But now I also have the Greatest Journal one, and an Insane Journal. Never hurts to be prepared.

I snagged a GJ last week - and that is my next job to make sure my friends are listed. I am hoping that I can stay at LJ and it will "settle down" ... typing with my fingers crossed in actual fact!
