Allo, lovely people out in LJ land. Does anyone know if Catherine and Vincent's baby son was ever given a name in the series? My google-foo has failed me, so I turn to you.

The baby was named Jacob, after Father - and that looks like my icon :)

ZOMG! i remember that show! my mom watched it religiously (i won't tell you how old i was), but i only saw a few episodes, unfortunately.

i had no idea they had a kid! holy crap! was he like... liony like his daddy?

i may need DVD boxsets now.

I just got the complete series - it's so worth a watch. I'll tell you if you really have to know, but you could watch it and be surprised. *grins*

Afraid you'll need the DVDs... I can't recall anyone re-airing the series... which broke my heart. **sniffs**

Mmmh I have to check it how it is for Germany. Not airing at the time I fear.
It's really a shame, I came so late to it (not having cable or satellite) that I missed the early episodes. A friend of mine from Hamburg is a big fangirl (or was back then) :)
*checks* Not in the TV at the moment (I would have noticed if it would have been I hope).
Wow, it aired first in 1988 here, quite some time.
