Damned Impulse Posting...

Okay - didn't off the cats, myself or anyone else... but oh man, so want to do it. Spent the past hour making phone calls. Called the lawyer, telling him in no uncertain terms I don't believe a word out of his mouth, and if something isn't accomplished this week, other courses of action will be taken. Of course, he swore up and down that something would happen, certified mail. Yeah, yuh huh!

Then... called Legal Aid in Vermont... and their charming response was I had to call Legal Aid in the Bronx. Called Legal Aid in the Bronx, and they didn't even have a live person to speak to. Called Legal Services in the Bronx, and their answer for me was to call Legal Services in Vermont. AAARRRGGGHHHHH!

This is NOT a child support issue... just a ME support issue. I know the fucking twat is unemployed... partially on purpose - he'd been threatening to quit his job for months, and I know from living with the fuck for 25 years that he's doing freelance off the books for his survival.

So, now, here I sit - once more with nothing to show for anything but more soul killing angst. ONE MORE WEEK. Just one... no more quarter than that. Trouble is... what the fuck can I do now? Only other option us a lawsuit... that I hope will send the prickless wonder to jail for refusal to pay.

Okay, feel sorry for yourself cuz the situation sucks, but feel proud of yourself for doing something TOTALLY PROACTIVE!
